The session proved to be productive, with insightful discussions leading to specific recommendations regarding the regulation of hotel units, legislative mechanisms, and the identification of the responsible entity, whether it be the Ministry of Tourism or the Ministry of Housing. Prior to all of these, addressing the issue of property ownership and altering the finishing style of units to fully finished units were highlighted outcomes of the discussion.
