Training Program Overview

The training program aims to familiarize participants with the Egyptian real estate market, real estate financing system, legislative and legal framework, and the role of the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority in overseeing non-banking financial services, specifically real estate financing. Additionally, the program aims to introduce the roles of the Egyptian Central Bank and specialized real estate financing departments within banks operating in the real estate financing system. It also aims to define the role of the Social Housing Fund and real estate financing support, along with its activities and objectives in the market, aimed at providing suitable housing for all segments of society to serve the Egyptian economy as a whole.

The real estate financing activity is considered a promising financial market growing rapidly in Egypt. By the end of 2023, the total real estate financing in participating banks, numbering around 22 banks, reached approximately 65 billion Egyptian pounds. Additionally, it reached about 15 billion pounds in real estate financing companies, currently numbering around 19 companies, according to data from the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority and the Social Housing Fund and Real Estate Financing Support for the year 2023.

5. Understanding various real estate financing programs, including financing for purchase, construction, finishing, and collateral-based financing.
6. Identifying real estate financing entities from banks and companies, along with their terms and policies.
7. Identifying the targeted customer segments and using real estate financing as a financing tool for real estate.ر
